If you are trying to login to your BOOKCLUB subscription account, please head over to https://www.storybookbookclub.com and login. Bookclub is hosted on another website and your Shopify account will not work if you try to login on our normal website.

We ship WORLDWIDE* International shipping rates and times vary based on location. International orders may be shipped in a bubble mailer for cost and customs reasons.
*Excluding China, Mexico, South America and Thailand. We may have some products that will only be available in the USA due to licensing restrictions but, we will always give notice for those products.

How Do I Track My Order?
When we ship your items you will receive a tracking number.
When Can I Expect My Order?
Please check the specific item you ordered for shipping estimates. Times vary based on item, your location, etc. Please note: some pre-sale items can have longer wait times. All timeframes are listed in each product description.
Can I Cancel/Modify My Order?
Sorry, we’re unable to change existing orders. As soon as you place your order, we get it processed immediately so you can get it as quickly as possible.
What Is Your Return Policy?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of used cosmetics or cosmetic tools. We’ll gladly accept unused products (less shipping costs).
What Do I Do If I Have A Damaged/Defective Item
Oh no, we’re so sorry about that! Please shoot us an email along with a picture at contact(at)storybookcosmetics.com with “Defective Item” in the subject. Be sure to include your contact info and order number. We promise to make it right.
Do You Have An Influencer/Pro Program?
We do not have an influencer or pro program at this time. If you’re interested on getting more info if we do start one you can sign up here
Do You Offer Items Wholesale?
